Our Philosophy

Black Sheep PT and Performance was designed from the ground up to delivering top-tier Physical Therapy and Performance services to driven individuals. Our Approach is built on the following core principles:

Humans are Robust and Resilient

The human body is incredibly adaptable. By properly preparing it for the demands of sport and life, we can significantly enhance athleticism and durability.

The individual Approach

This goes way deeper than just some “personalized program”. In order to get the most out of someone, we need to collaboratively come up with a plan that is going to work best for the individual. The human component of programming, planning and problem solving can make or break an individuals rehab/performance process.

Stress Induces adaptation

If we want to create a more durable and athletic body, then we are going to need to stress the system. We want to expose our body to the highest level of stress that it is able to recover from. Do this repeatedly and you won’t recognize the former you.

Our Services

RETURN 2 pROTOCOL

Healing and performance don’t just happen in the gym or clinic, so neither should your rehab and training. My RETURN 2 PROTOCOL uses a hybrid approach of in person and online services so you always have access to the highest level rehab and human performance training. This service includes: 

  • 60 - 75 minute Eval and Planning session 

  • Remote Rehab/Performance Programming

  • Access to me Via patient Portal where I will answer all questions

  • Health and Performance pattern recognition 

  • In person session packages ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the need.

Remote Performance Programming

For those who aren’t in the area but still want the same quality of programming to enhance performance, we offer a remote programming services. This includes:

  • Remote performance program via true coach app

  • Messaging access to me through the true coach app

  • Health and Performance pattern recognition

  • Weekly/ Bi-weekly check in calls to go over the program and go over any questions or exercise form.
